The Birth: the first collection of Park Avenue
We are glad to represent you the first collection of Park Avenue The Birth directed by creative director Nataliya Balukh.
Our brand was born out of love for Ukraine and for our native land. We have carefully crafted each product with our hearts full of love, infusing them with our cultural code.
The history of creation began with our author's handmade vyshyvankas in which we invested our love and respect for historical heritage. This vyshyvanka inspired us to create the first collection. An apple seed was embroidered into the ornament of the shirt, which embodies the image of the birth of a small beginning of a great life. This important detail connects the collection with Christmas: the late apples that ripen in autumn decorated christmas tree for the holiday and played an important role as decorations given by God.
The Birth collection brings joy and light, love and faith, and the beauty of the native land. The designer carefully created each product with love in her heart, embedding a cultural code in them, and accurately conveyed the spirit of Ukrainian Christmas. The first capsule of the Park Avenue collection presents a rich palette of bright colors in ornaments that the Lord gave us. Every Ukrainian can see these traditional details, as they are carefully laid in each of us along the same path from generation to generation.
The Birth contains suits, jackets, coats, dresses, shirts and accessories. Each product has details, which are perfectly combined with each other. We always find there our seed of life - apple fruit among these components as a sign of endless youth and beauty.
However, creating a collection is painstaking work and requires considerable patience. For example, it takes 56 hours to make a jacket, and 90 hours of handwork to make a vest with colorful embroidery. The designer of the collection carefully worked on each product and, despite the difficulties that arose on the way today, created a new interpretation of Christmas motifs and outfits, turning each of her dream ideas into reality.
Ukrainian style is developing rapidly and is reaching more and more connoisseurs around the world. Consequently, we preserve important connections between the past and the present, enriching the culture with new interpretations and origins.
