You can return or exchange an item that did not suit you for any reason, provided that its appearance, packaging, and labels are preserved. You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to return or exchange the goods.

Requirements for goods to be returned:
To return the goods, you must provide them in their original form:
- free from damage and traces of use;
- with original labels;
- tags, stickers, and in the original packaging.
The following items are non-refundable:
- jewelry;
- glasses
- underwear and swimwear.

The costs of sending the goods on the return are paid by us. You don't have to pay for anything, no matter how the item is handed over. When returning a parcel using "Nova poshta", select the payment by the recipient.
The money will be returned to you by transfer to a current account of an individual or a personal card within 7 working days after the arrival of the returned goods to us, provided that the goods are returned in good condition.
The rules for returning goods purchased from the parkavenue.ua online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". We reserve the right to refuse to accept returned goods if they have been delivered to our warehouse after the 14-day deadline or if the condition of the goods differs from the one in which you received them.
